Our products are made to order. All items are final sale.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS, SHIP, OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Orders may take up 3-7 business days.
Shipping may take up to 5-7 business days.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday excluding holidays and weekends.
If your order is taking excessively long to process, please send us an email with your # order number and we'll correct it immediately.

DELIVERY
Once an order has left, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in the condition it left in and in a timely manner. 

INTERNATIONAL?
We accept orders worldwide (these will be final sale).
International orders are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and misc. fees.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ETC.

CAN I REFUND/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
All sales are final!
Refunds will be issued if an item is received damaged or missing anything.
If an order is returned, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
We are also not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided to us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel an order.
